Continuity example from One More Run, an AI-generated short film. This illustrates the problem Stora is being built to solve.
AI video models can generate an incredible individual shot. But when you need the same character, wardrobe, or environment in the next shot, things can change.
A face looks different. A jacket changes color. A background shifts.
Your team then spends time rebuilding references, rewriting prompts, and paying for more generations just to recreate details you've already approved.
Every continuity error means more work between your team and a finished production.
Choose the character appearances, wardrobe, and scene details your production has approved.
Reuse those approved visual details when generating later shots through supported AI models.
Compare new shots against the approved look and flag potential continuity errors before your team reviews them.
Your team stays in creative control. Stora is built to help keep the details you've already approved consistent from shot to shot.
Stora's continuity workflow is designed to compare newly generated shots against approved visual references.
If a character's face, wardrobe, or other supported visual detail changes unexpectedly, Stora flags the difference for your team to review.

Fewer manual comparisons. Less unnecessary rework. More time spent finishing the production.
Face and wardrobe scoring are already working in our test pipeline. The complete automated approval, carry-forward, and checking workflow is currently being developed for production pilots.
Different AI video models are useful for different types of shots. But your production still needs one consistent vision.
Stora is being built to keep approved visual details outside any single generator, so teams can maintain continuity across supported models rather than rebuilding the same references each time.
What you approved lasts beyond a single prompt or generation.
The lock carries over when you switch to another supported model.
Every change to the approved state records who changed it and when.
One approved look. Multiple shots. One consistent production.
An approved shot becomes the lock.
The next shot is generated on the video model you already use.
Stora compares it with the lock and flags anything that drifted.
Your team approves the version that matches.

First how your team works today, then the same shots with Stora. The goal is fewer retries, fewer misses and faster approvals.
In a pilot, our team works with yours on real shots. We save the looks you approve, check new shots against them, and flag continuity errors before they reach review.
Pilots are for teams making multi-shot AI content with recurring characters, wardrobe, and locations, especially micro-dramas and episodic series.
You'll see where continuity breaks in your workflow today, and we'll measure whether Stora cuts your regeneration and review time.
If continuity is slowing your production down, apply and we'll walk through your shots together.

The Stora Team
Our website and pilot applications are live. Our core generation pipeline and our face and wardrobe continuity scoring are built and working in testing. We're completing the automated workflow and inviting production teams to participate in early pilots.
No. Stora works alongside supported video models. It's designed to help your team maintain approved visual details across shots and check for inconsistencies.
Kling, Seedance, Veo 3.1, and Vidu are integrated into our development pipeline, with additional model support in progress. We'll confirm supported models with each pilot team.
Stora focuses on keeping approved visual details consistent and identifying potential continuity errors before review. Automatic shot repair is not part of our initial product.
Griffin shot part of a feature with his own hair, then cut it and wore a wig for the remaining scenes. The production needed the hair to remain consistent across the footage without changing his face.
Laura built the first pipeline around that continuity problem. The production approved the result.
As AI production expanded, the same problem kept appearing at a much larger scale: one element gets fixed, another drifts in the next shot.
That became Stora: production memory that keeps what your team approved consistent across the shots that follow.
